Product Description
SKYPLAST® PVC Geomembranes are prepared with polyvinyl chloride raw material, additional dye chemicals and auxiliary additives during production. It is obtained by polymerizing vinyl chloride.
These are; It is produced by preparing PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) resin, filler and additive additives, paint chemicals, softeners and stabilizers, and after passing through the necessary processes in extruders, it becomes a homogeneous insulation, protective and strengthening material with the help of the transfer system.
SKYPLAST® PVC Signal Layer Geomembrane
It is a geomembrane model consisting of a thin and light-colored (yellow color) layer on one surface of the double-colored geomembrane in order to facilitate the detection of damages.
When the material is damaged, the thin light-colored (yellow color) layer reveals the dark-colored (black color) layer underneath, making the damage on the surface visible.
When visually inspected, the damaged part is easily noticed and helps to intervene.

a: These tests are valid for monochromatic yellow-black SKYPLAST® PVC Geomembrane.
b: Carbon black distribution for 10 different appearances (near-spherical agglomerates only): 9 appearances category 1 or 2 and 1 appearance category 3.
