PVC Geomembrane + PP Geotextile Lamination System
Product Description
SKYPLAST® LP Series PVC geomembranes; It is produced using polyvinyl chloride (PVC) raw material, additional paint chemicals and auxiliary additives during the production process.
These products obtained by polymerization of vinyl chloride; It is homogeneously blended with PVC resin, fillers, additives, paint chemicals, softeners and stabilizers.
After the prepared mixture goes through the necessary processes in extruders, it is transformed into high-performance, homogeneous geomembranes for insulation, protection and reinforcement purposes with the help of the transfer system.
SKYPLAST® LP SERIES
One of the most important features of this series is the polypropylene (PP) geotextile felt lamination.
PVC geomembrane is integrated with polypropylene geotextile felt using a specially controlled heat and pressure method.
As a result of this process, a strong, homogeneous and long-lasting bond is formed between the felt and the PVC layer.
Felt lamination;
- Provides additional protection on the surface in contact with the ground.
- Increases resistance to puncture and mechanical damage.
